The Challenge
Transporting oversized windmill components (such as blades up to 75 meters long and heavy turbine nacelles weighing over 90 tons) over narrow, winding, and congested roadways to remote wind farm sites without causing damage or major road blocks.
Our Solution
AML conducted extensive route feasibility surveys and cleared local physical obstructions prior to transit. We utilized specialized hydraulic multi-axle trailers with steerable dollies and mobile crane setups. Deployed pilot cars and route marshals to coordinate traffic safety.
The Result
Safely transported and provided erection support for over 150 wind turbine generator sets across Kutch and Gujarat with zero damage to components and full safety compliance.
