The Challenge
Severe marine environments, heavy swells, and tight scheduling threatened the mobilization of crucial replacement pipelines for ONGC Bombay High platforms. Any delay would lead to immense commercial loss due to platform shutdowns.
Our Solution
We engineered high-durability sea-fastening layouts on barge decks and deployed heavy-lift crane vessels. Deployed a dedicated marine logistics team to manage transit scheduling, supply boat coordination, and real-time wave monitoring to ensure operations only proceeded during safe weather windows.
The Result
Completed the transit and installation support for 12 major offshore pipeline sections within the scheduled maintenance window, ensuring zero pipeline lay delay.
